Swashbuckler

We managed to recreate the swashbuckler exactly as by manual and nwn2 class. Here is a wiki for those unaware on how it works here you go

The only difference is we didn't manage to make the improved flanking feat because flanking is a bit wonky on neverwinter nights and, at the moment, we didn't manage to make it work right
