Rentable Festhalls

This functionality takes advantage of how we can put down placeables in an area thanks to the housing system and will allow players to organize their own events without the need from staff intervention.

For now there is only 1 in the Castle Ward that can be rented for 5 in-game days ( game and real days differences explained in Seasons and timesflow) for 5 gold pieces

Once rented, this hall can be completely managed by the player that rented it and those he would ask help from. High ranking DMs ( check DM Ranks) will be allowed to help a player decorate and make it more alive with npcs. Feel free to ask help from any Creator or above to help fill your rented hall

Here are some useful tips:

- Always organize what your event will be about before renting the hall so to help manage your time better and the developers have also time to prepare the correct npcs and items

- Keep in mind that any item in the renthall will be wiped out after the 5 days have passed so be sure to retrieve any deed and item from it. They will not be refunded if someone forgets them.
