There are some npcs specialized in "selling" npcs for players to acquire as henchmen. At the moment, the inn is the most common place where to buy them but in the future we plan to make some more.At the Hiring Manager, henchmen are the most basic and available ones with the possibility of hiring more based on your leadership value (which is the result of charisma modifier + character level +/- special class bonus). Ideally speaking, you can bring with you 1 henchmen +1 every 5 levels to a max of 3 henchmen. While you will not be available to change any core stat or skill of the henchmen, you can rearrange the equipment or even provide equipment of your own to them.

Be mindfull, henchmen are not perfect and are not meant to substitute players. They are addons to help the player manage some dangerous situations on a place when no other player is available to go adventuring with them. They are prone to make mistakes and may die often, because of this there is a special countermeasure: any item and object given to the henchmen, will be returned to your inventory when they die, including gear you made them equip.

In the future, we will allow for (and only for) player factions to build their own henchmen and recruit/use them, but is something far ahead in the future and iwll be costly
