Harper Scout

This class will be faction locked with the Harpers, so one will need to be part of the faction to be able to take this prestige class and follow any consequence if they decide to leave it

at level 1 they gain Craft Wondrous Potions
They will have a special list of exclusive potions items to craft and sell

at level 5 they gain Craft Wondrous Harp Gear
They will have a special list of exclusive woodworking and tailoring items to craft and sell
