*Changed the timing of some events.
*Added level cap to Harpshield, House of Stone and Dawncrest events.
*Added new magenta gems for crafting.
*Added new cleric/Fav Soul equips in the Plint Store.
*Added new shield for sale in WAterdeep.
*Made the vendor in Plint a little more visible.
*Tasks are not accessible as long as your PC name is changed (by wearing a hood or with titles). It is a temporary measure.
*Fixed a problem with a dialogue of a priest on the third floor of the Plint.
*Refined the Waterdeep farland 'experimental' event. it shoud work better now without creating more guards than needed.
