Notable/Distinguishing Features: His white hair has a silvery metallic sheen to it. Up close one might notice how cold his hands are or that his skin or breath smells like rain.

Appearance: Son to a Chondathan mother and a moon elf father. He has handsome blue eyes and silver-white hair.


Personality Profile: With a 16 Charisma, he has a fairly strong personality that manifests itself with a warm friendly demeanor. He is attractive, modest, and generally pleasant to be around.


Background: Born in Waterdeep to a Selûnite priestess, he grew up however on a small apple orchard farm in Daggerford. His moon elf father sold the farm and entered into quiet semi-retirement, staying busy as a local diviner. It is his father's bloodline that Mikaal's silver draconic ancestry comes from, roughly four hundred years ago, a silver taking the form of a female moon elf... an old story his mother would tell him. Now, Mikaal feels he's outgrown Daggerford and starts a new, more adventurous life in Waterdeep.

Goals: He hopes to serve as a paladin one day in service to the House of the Moon, more specifically, to be knighted in the Order of the Blue Moon.

Enemies: No past or current conflicts but Shar and her agents would be a natural enemy. Perhaps a more subtle foe would be Auril. Mikaal's sorcery focuses mainly on ice/frost magic and greatly enjoys working with such spells. He could potentially be lured into an arcane greed, craving more power with such magic, he might fall from his faithfulness to the Moonmaiden and find himself in Auril's manipulations. We'll have to see what decisions he makes.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: The notes above on his enemies are good ideas I think. Mikaal doesn't normally seek out ways to adventure or help others but will if asked to serve. He'd jump at any opportunity offered that would bring him closer to paladinhood. Or again he might be lured away by Sharran or Aurilian manipulations. Mikaal's story can be steered in whatever direction the DMs would like. I'll just try to get in Mikaal's heart and head, play his character, and enjoy the ride.
