Give defensive stance a Regen value weighted by class level.
Add Offensive stance which provides attack bonus, damage bonus, and movement bonus with penalty to AC. Has same amount of times per day as defensive stance.
Reasoning. Dwarven defenders are one trick ponies and having two different options allows them to play to their role more effectively.

I wanted to tell you that i like the suggestion and talk about it with gades. This is actually a very interesting idea since we were at an empasse caused by the fact that defense stance is hardcoded and difficult to edit itself.
I will add that if you ahve suggestion on the progression would be welcomed given that we have our hands full with the next two prcs to work with

Hmm. The progression for offense stance abilities is a good question. My first thought is that defensive stance doesn't have a progression, but I would say that perhaps it's because it's so limited in that you can't move from spot so, having it front loaded makes sense. As far as Offensive Stance progression, there are quite a few options. I'll show two below.
Also, since earliest to pick it up is level 11, so bonuses can be decent at start:
Option one
Level 1: 10 more feet, +1 AB, +2 damage, -2 AC
Level 10: 20 more feet, + 2 AB, +3 damage, -2 AC
Level 15: 30 more feet, +3 AB, + 4 damage, -3 AC
Level 20: 30 more feet, +4 AB, +5 damage, -4 AC
Option two
Level 1 10 more feet, +1 AB, -2 AC
Level 5 15 more feet, +1 AB, +2 damage, -2 AC
Level 10 20 more feet, +2 AB, +4 damage, -3 AC
Level 15 25 more feet, +3 AB, +4 more damage, -3 AC
Level 20 30 more feet, +4 AB, +6 more damage, -4 AC
Point of progression to AC penalty is to offset AC of the class bonus.
Lots of other variations available as well. Not sure what is best.
Idea is that sometimes a Defender isn't meant to just hold a choke point, but also run to save their comrades. Hence, increase in speed as well as AB and damage at expense of AC.
Another idea is offensive stance makes Defender act as one size larger. For quick run (still with movement increase) across battlefield and easier knockdowns.
Another idea: Shout - AOE aggro pull based on taunt skill vs discipline.
