1 hour in game is 30 minutes in real life, meaning that in 12 hours you have 1 whole day in game. While DM plots and staff managed events can or cannot take this in consideration, the server have some core mechanics that will always be based on the game time.
For example seasons will change with the passing months from game time. The map will change colours every season, from a bright green and white in spring/winter to reddish brown/copper in autumn/summer.
With the passing seasons there will be higher environments weather and atmospheric events, for example in the mountain and snowy areas will be much colder in winter and in Autumn there will be much more rain events in the city and around the coast. These events may produce beneficial or hamful effects on the characters so be careful and be ready to change equipment depending of the environment!
